Restaurant manager is required for a fine dining restaurant with amazing meats. This restaurant has an open kitchen, the theatre of the restaurant is so important part of the dining experience. Same with the FOH side, you will have great knowledge of food. Restaurant manager, £45-50k + service, 45hrs a week. This restaurant is looking to win awards, you will help to ensure the Restaurant FOH side can be part of the award winning team.

The role
As a Restaurant manager you will manage the front of house side on a day to day basis, you will manage the food tables side. You will ensure the tables are set up correctly, the team are trained, the team are briefed for service and that the floor runs smoothly in service. You will include all the normal Restaurant Manager duties.

Experience
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager tobe the face of food service side. You will have a good knowledge of food, you will be able to ensure the team deliver a high end service. You will be a restaurant manager or senior assistant manager.
