Job Description
As a Hotel Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that clients have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Your primary concern will be in the maintenance and cleanliness of the hotel's private/public areas as well as preserving the high standards and appearance of the establishment.
Responsibilities
- Clean service and guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, cleaning, vacuuming and replenishing supplies.
- Clean bathrooms, including mirrors, toiles, showers and sinks
- Replacing any used towels and linens with fresh ones
- Maintaining the utmost respect for guest's privacy and adhering to "do not disturb signs"
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the relevant supervisors
- Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to the concerns of the guest.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality/hotel experience required
- Right to work/compliance within the UK
- Access to adequate transportation such as a UK driving license
- Time management skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and language skills
- Flexibility in work schedule
