Our client is seeking highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join there rapidly growing team within the Mechanical Decommissioning and Commissioning department. Based in the Midlands, our client has expanded to over 300 employees and operates across multiple service lines including water hygiene, air hygiene, water treatment, flushing and commissioning, and M&E compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development, ideally within the mechanical or building services sectors and have key understanding of Decommissioning and Commissioning, and will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of our clients' operations.

In this role, you will work closely with the technical and operational teams to identify market trends, develop tailored proposals, and secure contracts.

The Business Development Manager will have ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders will be crucial in delivering results that meet client needs while maintaining high standards of compliance and mobilise new contracts alongside the mobilisation manager



Business Development Manager Position Requirements

  • HND/HNC or equivalent in a M&E industry
  • Previous exposure to the Commissioning and Decommissioning of Mechanical, HVAC & Plantrooms sector either in an operating environment or sales
  • Proven sales track record
  • Willing to Travel National
  • Full clean driving licence






Business Development Manager Position Remuneration

  • £45-50k Per annum depending on experience
  • Commissioning - Commissioning structure will be discussed at interview
  • Car allowance £400 per month OR Company Car
