Salary: £33,000 - £35,000 + Uncapped Commission
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for sales and account management? We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on upselling, building relationships, and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries with a proactive approach, identifying upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Upselling: Identify and present additional services or products to existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate leads and develop new business through targeted outbound calls and strategic prospecting.
  • Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
