Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming inquiries with a proactive approach, identifying upselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction while uncovering growth opportunities.
- Upselling: Identify and present additional services or products to existing clients, tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Cold Calling & Prospecting: Generate leads and develop new business through targeted outbound calls and strategic prospecting.
- Performance Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
