Job Title: Business Development Manager - £35k + Comm (OTE ~£50K~)

The Opportunity:

Were working with a fast-growing company currently on the lookout for an ambitious, experienced, and results-driven Business Development Manager. This is an exciting role that will report directly to the Group Head of Sales and play a pivotal part in driving the company's expansion of their solution services. Your primary responsibility will be identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities, through proactive lead generation and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.

What We're Looking For:

We need someone who is determined, proactive, and thrives in a target-driven environment. Ideally, you have a strong background in Business Development or a similar sales-focused role, with a proven track record of meeting targets and delivering results. We're looking for a candidate who can bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Commercial Awareness: A sharp understanding of business and a knack for seeking solutions.
  • Driven and Enthusiastic: A confident, energetic individual with a strong desire to succeed and think strategically.
  • Quick to Adapt: A fast learner who is curious, hands-on, and ready to dive in and get involved.
  • Attention to Detail: A precise approach to your work, always ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Comfortable with Numbers: Strong skills in pipeline management and confident in handling business data.
  • Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to network and build lasting relationships.
  • Effective Time Management: Skilled in prioritising tasks and managing your workload efficiently.
  • Team-Oriented: Someone who works well within a team and embraces company culture.
  • Valid Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence (max 3 penalty points).


What You'll Bring:

  • Youve worked in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management roles before.
  • Experience in technical fields such as Mobile, CCTV, Alarms, or other electronic solutions would be highly beneficial.
  • A genuine passion for selling solutions and adding value to your clients.
