With a hybrid working model, you'll enjoy 3 days per week spent either at head office or meeting customers, and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage your own diary, spending quality time face-to-face and virtually with customers
-Build strong rapport with buyers and grow your network of contacts
-Take charge of account management, identifying opportunities for category growth and new -product sales
-Develop and maintain lasting relationships with top UK grocery accounts
-Oversee P&L management at the national account level
About You:
If you are a motivated and intelligent National Account Executive looking for your next step, OR a National Account Manager looking for a fresh challenge this could be the role for you. You will have a:
-Proven success in managing Grocery or Discounter partners. You don't necessarily have to have managed a Top 4 grocery retailer before, a smaller one would be acceptable with a desire to work with the larger ones.
-Strong sales experience in an FMCG environment
-Excellent relationship-building skills with a knack for fostering long-term partnerships
-Adaptability, likability, and a career-driven mindset
-A quick learner who can grasp new ideas and concepts easily
