Job Title:Maths Teacher
Location:Kings Lynn, Norfolk
Salary:£26,209 - £41,773 depending on experience
Hours:Full time, Term time only

We are currently seeking aMaths Teacherto join a specialist provision in Kings Lynn supporting students aged 10 to 18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs.

As a Maths Teacher within the school, you will be providing professional learning and development for all pupils through establishing personalised learning routes.

You will be playing your part in helping the school achieve its aims and values and delivering an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students with support from the leadership team.

Key Duties:
  • To deliver and plan maths lessons
  • To provide professional learning and development for all students through established personalised learning routes
  • Help and support individual pupils as required and encourage them to research topics themselves.
  • Keep a register of pupils' attendance, set assignments and homework, mark pupils work, record completion, write progress reports and carry out continuous assessment

Experience /Qualifications:
  • Ideally QTS or QTLS however we will consider candidates with Level 4/5 teaching qualifications
  • Experience of teaching Maths
  • Experience and passion for teaching students with SEN/SEMH
  • A passion for SEN / SEMH
