The Job Youll Do;

  • Manage the overall activity and scheduling visits to ensure the service agreements are met.
  • Using the latest company software and manage the delivery of jobs allocated to the engineering delivery.
  • Utilise systems and processes ensuring that the correct engineering resources are deployed.
  • This will range from using internal national engineers to subcontractors as appropriate, with the aim of ensuring that the job is attended within the specified SLAs.
  • Manage the completion of the job as well as ensuring that all parts and materials are accounted for, required documentation is completed, and any incomplete jobs are followed up and reallocated as appropriate.

About You;

  • Experience within an admin, planning, scheduler, or coordinators role within Engineering/Manufacturing.
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Excellent level of planning skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
