Role Description
Join Our Team asInterim Support Service Manager
Location:Oxfordshire
Salary:Up to 46,000 per annum plus benefits
Hours:37.5 Hours per week
Contract:Full-time, Interim
Driving Requirement:A valid full UK manual driving license is essential.

Essential Criteria
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate exposure to two of the following areas of expertise:
  • Autism and learning disabilities
  • Positive Behaviour Support
  • Mental Health
  • Acquired Brain Injury
You will have a QCF in Health & Social Care Level 5 Diploma (or equivalent) and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living.


About You
We are looking for an extraordinary Service Manager with a commitment to high quality support and focus on personalisation to join us as an Interim Support Service Manager for our Supported Living Home in Oxfordshire.

What will you be doing?
As an Interim Support Service Manageryoull be responsible for the provision of extraordinary and person-centredsupport that improves the quality of everyday life andthe achievement of individual goals, however small or large,each and every day. You will be supporting in the management of over 1000 hours in various locations in Oxfordshire. Each home has a Senior and/or Deputy Manager to support with the management of the home.
As such youll be a proven manager with anNVQ 5 in Care and Managementor hold an equivalent qualification or have equivalent management experience and experience of working with people withautism and behaviour supportneeds. Youll be passionate about providing quality care and personalised services with the ability to drive improvement within budgetary controls. An understanding and knowledge of the principles ofpositive behaviour support, autism, relevant legislation and CQC standardswill be essential for this role. In addition, youll possess acurrent driving licencewith the ability to travel independently as required and be able to work flexibly to respond to the needs of the service and partake in on call to provide emergency support include evenings and weekends.
