Anopportunityhas arisen to join a well-established BuildingServices Consultancy operating in London and Home Counties, providing an excellent opportunityto be a part of this expanding company.
The Role:
The successful candidate will need to take full responsibility of the MEP delivery on varying construction projects from Tender through to Commissioning and Completion stages. They will be expected to work as part of a Project Team and deliver a quality service to meet our varied clients project goals. You should be ambitious, forward thinking, and able to manage all consultants, MEP contractors and specialists involved in your projects.
Experience & Skills:
- You will need to demonstrate strong, competent leadership
- Capable of overseeing all MEP technical aspects of projects
- Drive all stages of the MEP construction process and possess a strong working knowledgeof M&E BuildingService Systems
- Good communicator
- Ability to make decisions
- Work under your own initiative
- Value Engineer
- Chair Design, Co-ordination, progress and commissioning meetings
- Influence decision making
- Have worked successfully with project teams on medium to large projects
- Be able to identify problems and offer solutions
- Competent in H&S
- Computer literate
- Have attention to detail
About you:
You will need to be educated and hold a relevant qualification (e.g.degree, HNC, HND, BEng, BSc, etc.), or where a significant level of experience can be demonstrated.
You will need to hold a CSCS card, have previous experience of driving MEP packages from procurement through to commissioning, a proven track record of projects delivered. Need to be digitally savvy and able to communicate and building relationships.
