Location: New Forest
Hourly Rate: £17 - £20 per hour
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs: 7:45 - 16:15, Fri: 7:45 - 12:45)
Shift Patterns: Flexible options, including a 4-day work week (Mon-Thurs)
Overtime: Paid at time and a half

Job Overview:

We're hiring experienced Sheet Metal Workers with expertise in thin gauge aluminium fabrication. This role involves hands-on fabrication and assembly of sheet metal products, emphasizing craftsmanship over automated processes. You'll work in a safety-focused environment, delivering precision and quality in every project.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabrication and Assembly: Create sheet metal products with accuracy, working with thin gauge aluminium.
Machinery and Tools: Set up and operate fabricating machines and hand tools to cut, bend, and shape materials.
Metal Shaping: Form metal over anvils, blocks, or custom molds, achieving precise dimensions and smooth finishes.
Quality Control: Inspect, assemble, and smooth seams and joints, ensuring a flawless final product.
Training Support: Mentor new or less experienced team members as needed.
Safety Compliance: Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
