Job Title: Support Worker ( learning disabilities)

What Youll Do:
- Support individuals to live fulfilling lives, build skills, and access new opportunities.
- Help with day-to-day tasks, social activities, and emotional support.
- Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
What Youll Need:
- A kind, caring nature, and good communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible to do shift work, which might include some long days, nights, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
- A driving license.
- Level 2 Health and Social Care Diploma (preferred, but not essential).
