The Role

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and comfortably. Shifts are available from 08:00-20:00 tailored for you. We ask for flexibility with weekend work, but our schedules are designed to fit around you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with shopping, personal care, and medication management.
- Provide support with daily living tasks, including household chores and appointments.
- Offer companionship, mentoring and build trusted relationships with clients.
- Travel to clients within your designated area, ensuring prompt and reliable service.

The Person
- Previous experience in Mental Health care is advantageous but not essential as full training is provided.
- Kind, empathetic, and patient, with a strong desire to help others.
- Reliable and organised with excellent communication skills.
- Available for a mixture of shifts, including every other weekend, if possible.
- Able to travel within designated areas.
