**Key Responsibilities: **
Providing person-centered care to clients in their homes
Administering medication and monitoring health
Supporting with daily tasks, such as meal preparation and shopping
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Qualifications, Experience and Requirement:
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Previous experience in a care role (preferred)
- Full UK driving license (advantageous)
