Role Overview:
As a Family Court Adviser, you will be pivotal in ensuring the welfare and best interests of children involved in family court proceedings. You will assess situations, provide expert advice to the courts, and advocate for the needs of vulnerable children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting in-depth assessments and preparing reports for family court hearings.
- Building effective relationships with children, families, and professionals.
- Making recommendations to the court to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Care Wales.
- Proven experience in child protection and family assessment work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated team.
