Position: Social Worker
Pay Rate: £35-£38 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and reviews to ensure the safety and wellbeing of children and young people
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Providing support and guidance to children, families, and carers
- Collaborating with multiagency teams to deliver effective interventions
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate case records
Requirements:
- Qualified Social Worker with relevant professional registration (e.g., SSSC)
- Experience working in a Children & Families setting
- Should be under the PVG Scheme
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment
- Commitment to promoting the welfare of children and young people
