We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker for Children & Families, you will play a crucial role in supporting vulnerable children and families, ensuring their safety and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine the needs of children and families
- Developing and implementing care plans
- Providing support and guidance to children and families
- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and families
- Participating in case conferences and reviews
Requirements:
- A recognized Social Work qualification
- Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC)
- Experience working with children and families
- Should be under the PVG Scheme
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
