- Salary: £35,000 - £45,416
- Relocation package: Up to £8,000

Responsibilities:
- Work with children and young people towards making sure their care plans are progressed
- Promote support time with family members when safe to do so and help the children and young people understand their experiences and why they became cared for
- Work with the resource workers who help social workers within the team complete the Life Story for the local authorities children and young people.
To be considered for a role within the Children in our Care Team, ideally you will have:
- BSc in Social Work or equivalent
- Social Work England registration
- At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
