Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to local authorities in assisting Care Experienced and Cared For Young People as they transition to independence.
  • Collaborate with children and young people to develop and implement their pathway plans, focusing on key areas such as health, education, employment, training, and relationships.


To be considered for a role within the Pathways Team, ideally you will have:

  • BSc in Social Work or equivalent
  • Social Work England registration
  • At least 1 year of experience within a similar children's social work setting
