As a .NET Developer, you'll play a key role in the development of cutting-edge, mission-critical applications for a growing customer base. What You'll Do:

Lead Development Projects: Design and implement user-facing features and server-side functionality for sophisticated applications.
Build for the Future: Create reusable, efficient code and libraries that will be leveraged across multiple projects.
Ensure Seamless UX/UI: Collaborate with designers to ensure technical feasibility and optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
Innovate and Test: Conduct rigorous developer testing and validation to ensure the highest quality software.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions.

What We're Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

5+ years of experience in software development.
Strong .NET development skills using C#.
Expertise in UI development with WPF, XAML, and MVVM.
Solid experience with Entity Framework Core and API design.
A deep understanding of database development techniques.
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design principles.
Proficiency with version control systems like Git or Team Foundation VC.
Experience writing unit tests and other testing frameworks.
Azure experience (preferred, but not essential).

Bonus Skills:

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD using Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of Web Servers (IIS), Windows Server, and Active Directory.

Additional Information:

This role is based in Kendal, and candidates must be able to commute to the office for the first 6 months. After this period, flexible working options may be available.

Candidates must currently reside within an hour's drive of Kendal and have the legal right to work in the UK.
