Role: Lead Software Developer
Salary: £65,000 - £80,000
Location: Hybrid (Bristol Office)
Want to work in a Bristol eading FinTech and help make money work for people?
A leading player in the FinTech sector is seeking a skilled Lead Development to join their growing team. You will be working in an agile team who value a diverse workspace, startup style environment and significant career progression opportunities.
We are looking for a developer who can support more junior members of the team whilst remaining hands on and in charge of your own code base.
In terms of skillset - you will:
- Be an advocate of TDD/BDD & SOLID
- Be proficient in LAMP Stack PHP & Laravel
- Experience with React & or React Native
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices
- Upholder of coding standards
- Proven leadership skills in managing and mentoring teams
Nice to haves
- Exposure to AWS serverless technologies
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
