Sonic Summary

The position is for a qualified and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) in a primary school located in DE65.
The salary range for this role is between £90 and £115 per day, and it is a full-time position with the potential for a long-term to permanent contract.
Candidates should have a Level 3 Cache/NVQ qualification, understanding of ADHD, and experience working with SEN pupils.
The role involves supporting a pupil with ADHD primarily in the classroom, as well as some out-of-class activities, and requires effective communication with parents regarding behavioral changes.
Interviews are scheduled to take place before the October half term, and reliability is essential for building a strong relationship with the pupil.

We are looking for a committed, reliable and experienced SEN TA to support in a fantastic primary school based in DE65. The role is full time, based in EYFS/KS1 supporting a pupil with ADHD and is prodominently classroom based but there are some out of class activities. You will be placed for the rest of the academic year with the potential of it being a temp to perm contract. Interviews taking place before october half term.

Responsibilities:

- Implement the schools EHCP.

- Support the pupil to the best of your ability.

- Communicate with parents to discuss any behavioural changes.

- Have a flexible approach with learning.

- Deliver 1:1 support.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Level 3 Cache/NVQ

- Understanding ADHD level 1

- Experience and knowledge of SEN pupils

- Reliability is key to build relations with ther pupil youre working with.
