Position Overview:
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel. This role involves managing staff, ensuring high standards of service, and driving revenue growth. The manager will work closely with the culinary team to create exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and room service.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menus.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.
  • Plan and execute events and special functions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
