Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: St Albans
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing team in St Albans. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of production activities. Youll be responsible for monitoring production schedules, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that timelines are met without compromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams to resolve any issues affecting production timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate potential delays by adjusting schedules and resources as needed.
  • Communicate regularly with vendors and suppliers to expedite orders and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of production progress, inventory, and any adjustments made.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to management, highlighting any areas of concern or improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Control team to ensure that finished products meet required standards.
Key Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Production Expeditor, Production Planner, or in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
  • Proficiency in production tracking software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing production demands.
