We wish to appoint a new Regional Field Sales Representative for the automotive aftermarket.
We are a small, personable company where relationships are valued and where your achievements will be rewarded.
We sell exclusively B2B, directly to garages. Our customers are usually small, independent, owner-operated businesses where our products make a real impact. In this competitive marketplace our products stand out from the crowdand wehave a well-deserved reputation for quality and service.
Whilstnew business is always a priority, resales are averyimportant part of our business. You must be adept at looking after your existing customersandbe well organised, efficient and effective.
Although our products are primarily car parts, technical knowledge is less important than true sales ability. This is not a job for an order takerand tosucceed in this roleyouwill understand selling, and will know how you make it work.
At interview well need you to demonstrate the following:
- A memorable personality
- Proficiency in face-to-face sales situations
- That you are a self-starter with energy and ambition for sales
- A track record in building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
- The desire and ability to take complete ownership of the role
