£16.50 per hour (Over 40 hours and weekend work is paid at time and a half) + Company Van + Tools + Mobile + 25 Days Holiday plus Bank Holidays + Gym Membership (After 6 months)

Your Role As The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician:

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician, you'll travel across the UK, handling essential repair and maintenance tasks for commercial properties. From plumbing repairs to electrical tasks, your expertise will ensure the smooth operation of facilities while representing the company with professionalism and pride.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general building repairs and maintenance tasks.

- Conduct basic carpentry work, including door adjustments, locks, and fitting notice boards.

- Handle plumbing repairs such as sinks, pipework, and occasional sanitary ware replacements.

- Manage electrical tasks like changing lamps and replacing light fittings.

- Conduct PAT testing and emergency lighting testing.

- Maintain a stock of spare parts and ensure work areas are clean and organised.

- Perform routine inspections to identify and address potential issues.

- Collaborate with the team to support broader business needs.

Essential Skills and Experience:

- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

- Proficiency with power tools and general maintenance techniques.

- A clean driving license and willingness to travel across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety standards.
