An opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Supervisor to join an established food company in Leicestershire.

You will support the Engineering Manager in overseeing the engineering team to optimise performance, ensuring compliance with site rules and safety protocols.

Key responsibilities include managing engineering tasks, minimising downtime, supporting the team, ensuring maintenance tasks are completed on time, managing departmental budgets, and fostering a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate should have experience in overseeing engineering teams within the food industry, time served with an electrical bias.
