Summary:
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of building maintenance and operational programs for the companys facilities. This role involves managing and handling all vendor contracts related to maintenance, coordinating and implementing site safety programs, and ensuring that all safety policies are maintained. The Maintenance Manager ensures the efficiency and operational capacity of all building systems, prepares operation reports and maintenance budgets, and provides analysis of these reports to higher management.

Key responsibilities include ensuring that all maintenance processes and procedures are safe and compliant with all regulations, handling facilities planning, space allocations, and cost estimations for equipment and facilities. The manager will coordinate with other department heads, including the maintenance supervisor and facility maintenance technician, to ensure all maintenance processes are on track.

Developing relationships with building contractors and third-party workers to ensure smooth operations is also crucial. The Maintenance Manager will manage, handle, and supervise all facilities personnel, develop various facilities maintenance schedules, and resolve all maintenance issues. Creating a healthy and safe work environment for all maintenance workers and coordinating with building and facilities security to ensure all maintenance services are provided are essential parts of the role. The manager will also prepare and file all relevant reports with government and regulatory authorities.
