Your new company17 years experience as a market leader within the fabrication industry supplying to construction businesses worldwide. Due to continued success and new contracts they have a requirement to increase the fabrication team.Your new roleAs Fabricator you will take direction from the Site Supervisor on work requirements. You will read and fully understand the pipe fabrication drawings for each project. Fabricate pipe sets for various pipe diameters (typically carbon steel & stainless steel pipe ranging from 65mm - 500mm) from shop drawings. Ensure company welding procedures are adhered to and pipe preparation and fit up is carried out to the correct standard. Liaise regularly with Quality Control regarding any defects and any non-conformances. Days Mon - FridayWhat you'll need to succeed 3 years plus experience as a Fabricator in an engineering or construction environment, including pipe. You will be able to read engineering drawings and work well within the team. The ability to produce some or all types of welds, i.e., TIG, MMA and MAG for assembly purposes would be required with the opportunity for the successful candidates to develop their skills to numerous welding disciplines and in house welding procedures.A good working working attitude and attention to detail required.Ability to work Mon - Fri days.What you'll get in return
