We are currently looking for an Minibus Driver (12 FTC to cover maternity leave, with possibility of extension)Nursing setting in Almondsbury. The client are partof four nursing homes in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. Responsibilities and duties for the Minibus Driverrole are:

  • Working alongside the Activities staff to provide safe transportation for our residents to offsite activities
  • Safe boarding,and securing of residents and theirwheelchairs on the minibus
  • Working alongside the Activities staff to provide safe transportation
  • Assisting with any other tasks as requested

Requirements for the Minibus Driver role:

  • Enthusiastic, organised and creative individuals to work as a member of our friendly team delivering high standards of activities to our residents.
  • Must be at least 25 years old and hold a Cat D1 DrivingLicence
  • Previous experience in the role would be an advantage

Although we will consider applicants without qualifications or experience, the following would be an advantage:

  • Experience of working with the elderly, preferably in a care home environment.
  • PSV licence holder

PAY

As an employee 12.00 per hour with 10% enhancement at weekends and 50% extra on Bank Holidays
