Job Title: Contract Supervisor
Location: Bristol & Gloucester (Main Office in Bristol)
Salary: Up to 48,000 + Company Car

We are looking for a Contract Supervisor to join a leading Facilities Management company, overseeing a commercial portfolio across Bristol and Gloucester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer or supervisor to take the next step in their career, with excellent opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of five engineers across multiple commercial sites
- Oversee planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring high service standards
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth contract delivery
- Conduct site audits, compliance checks, and manage health & safety procedures
- Assist with scheduling, work allocation, and performance management of engineers
- Liaise with subcontractors and manage procurement of materials as needed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in a supervisory or senior engineering role within FM
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing PPM and reactive maintenance contracts
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
