Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor in Aztec West, Bristol to join our client, the UK's leading provider of affinity insurance, accident management and vehicles connected services to vehicle manufacturers.

This is a full-time, permanent position and the salary is 22,310 per annum.

Benefits and Package for a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Salary: 22,310 per annum
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Making amendments to existing policies from inbound customer calls
  • Cancelling policies at customer request from inbound calls
  • Promoting additional products available
  • Taking ownership of all general queries to resolution

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Minimum of 1 years' experience within a customer-facing environment
  • Experience of meeting performance-related targets within a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • You should have a can-do attitude and want to provide a first-class service to all customers
  • You will be confident to speak to a variety of people and have strong written communication skills
  • You will need to be able to self-manage your own workload
  • Ideally you will be able to demonstrate a willingness to adapt and change according to circumstances
  • Building and maintaining strong internal and external customer relationships is required
