We are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement / Value Stream Team Leader to join a growing team within a prestigious manufacturer in the Bristol area. Role & Responsibilities:
- Promoting continuous improvement across all departments.
- Representing the company to customers - internal and external.
- Collaborate with all departments to drive continuous improvement.
- Streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
- Leading and managing training for continuous improvement and development.
- Being part of the internal compliance audits.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Lean Manufacturing - Green belt or equivalent.
- Experienced within a man management position, developing staff and technicians.
- Manufacturing experience.
- Engineering degree / apprenticeship trained.
