A leading company is looking to recruit a performance driven, fast-paced and enthusiastic contact centre Sales Team Leader to join their operation in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.

If you are passionate about performance management, process improvement and customer experience this role would suit you.

You will be leading a team of B2B Sales Representatives.

In addition to a basic salary of up to 35,000 per annum, you will receive a market leading OTE, excellent benefits and great working hours of Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm. This position also offers hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities of a Sales Team Leader:

  • Supervising and leading a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Assigning tasks and responsibilities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources
  • Identifying training and development needs of team members and providing or facilitating relevant training
  • Offering continuous coaching and mentorship to team members to develop their skills and competencies
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring adherence to processes and standards
  • Addressing and resolving operational issues, conflicts, and obstacles that may arise

Key Skills and Responsibilities for a Sales Team Leader:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Team Leader in a contact centre environment is a must
  • A love of managing in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Passion for people development, problem-solving skills and quick decision-making skills is key
  • Excellent communication skills are important as you will regularly have exposure to the company's senior leadership team and executive board
