We are currently seeking a BusinessAdministrator for one of our clients who are a leader in their field and pride themselves on their positive working culture. This is a brand-new opportunity based in Alnwick, where you will play a pivotal part in providing key administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team, with the ability to take the lead on some of the administrative duties. This role would suit a confident administrator, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Duties as a Business Administrator;
  • Typing documentation and devising reports
  • Handling queries, in person, via phone and digitally
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings
  • Following up with appointments
  • Maintaining systems
  • Liaising with internal and external parties
  • Upkeeping both paper and electronic files
  • Providing administrative support to the office
  • General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
 What we are looking for:
  • Demonstrated experience within an administrative post (essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with an excellent Excel knowledge
  • An excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive approach with strong organisational skills
  • Can manage workload appropriately and meet deadlines
  • Strong customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
To be successful as a Business Administrator you will be a personable individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £22k-£23k, working Monday to Friday with some excellent company benefits. APPLY TODAY!
