Key Responsibilities
路Manage estimating workload with 8-10 live tenders at any time
路Attend site surveys, including early starts for hospital projects across the South Coast
路Engage with clients to strengthen relationships and improve bid success
路Analyse tenders to find technical and cost advantages
What They're Looking For
路Strong estimating experience within mechanical services
路Comfortable working in a quieter office environment
路Experience with pre-designed and design-and-build tenders
路Proficient in Ensign estimating software (or similar)
