What You'll Be Doing:
- Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth property sales, purchases, and transfers.
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation.
- Providing regular updates to clients and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring compliance with all conveyancing protocols, industry regulations, and firm policies.
- Assisting colleagues with complex conveyancing matters and supporting junior team members.
- Staying up to date with changes in property law to ensure clients receive the best advice.
What Were Looking For:
- Ideally a qualified Solicitor but open to someone qualified with experience
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently.
- Strong client relationship skills, with a focus on clear communication and attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and regulatory requirements.
