Are you an experienced Conveyancerlooking to grow within a dynamic and supportive team? My client is seeking a driven professional to deliver a high-quality service to the clients and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth property sales, purchases, and transfers.
  • Preparing and reviewing contracts, title documents, and other legal documentation.
  • Providing regular updates to clients and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring compliance with all conveyancing protocols, industry regulations, and firm policies.
  • Assisting colleagues with complex conveyancing matters and supporting junior team members.
  • Staying up to date with changes in property law to ensure clients receive the best advice.

What Were Looking For:

  • Ideally a qualified Solicitor but open to someone qualified with experience
  • Ability to manage a full caseload independently and efficiently.
  • Strong client relationship skills, with a focus on clear communication and attention to detail.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing law and regulatory requirements.
