Customer Service Coordinator - Hampshire
PSR Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Coordinator for a residential developer in Hampshire.
The main purpose of the role is to provide customers with a 5-star customer service process and deal efficiently and effectively with any issues they have.
This opportunity is working for an award-winning nationwide housebuilder.
Job role: Customer Care Coordinator
Salary: 29,000 - 35,000 (Dependant on experience)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Hampshire
Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact with customers
- Answer calls/queries accurately and consistently
- Ensure customer details and communication with customers are accurately recorded on CRM system
- Liaise with Maintenance operatives, sub-contractors, etc
- Meeting customers face to face
Customer Service Coordinator Knowledge and skills:
- Self-motivated.
- Confident with the ability to communicate.
- Organised and ability to prioritise.
- IT skills.
- Experience working in a similar role within the property sector is essential.
