An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant with a keen eye for design to join a RIBA-chartered practice in Hampshire. This established firm is renowned for its commitment to sustainable architecture, working on a diverse mix of residential and commercial projects while delivering innovative and practical design solutions.

The ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have substantial post-Masters experience and a strong drive to progress within the industry. You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative setting, contributing to a variety of projects. Proficiency in Vectorworks and SketchUp would be advantageous.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • RIBA Part 1 & Part 2 qualifications completed
  • Strong experience as a Part 2 Architectural Assistant in a UK-based practice
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Excellent understanding of UK building regulations
  • Skilled in designing and modelling projects while collaborating with senior architects
  • Supporting Project Architects and attending design meetings
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of technical ability
  • Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
