I am seeking a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a well-established practice in Hampshire. This RIBA-chartered firm specialises in high-end residential and workplace projects, providing support across all RIBA stages. Their dedicated team consistently delivers outstanding, thoughtfully designed spaces that exceed client expectations.

The ideal Part 2 Architectural Assistant will have considerable post-Masters experience, ideally within the high-end residential and workplace sectors. You should be confident working across all RIBA stages and possess strong proficiency in Vectorworks and SketchUp.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

  • Extensive experience following Part 2 qualification
  • Ability to work effectively across all RIBA project stages
  • Prior experience working on high-end residential projects is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
