We are looking for an experienced Office/Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. As the Office/Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing office operations and supporting the finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the Office Support staff and temporary office staff.
  • Credit Control: Invoicing and follow up on payment of outstanding invoices.
  • Invoice Processing: Processing of supplier invoices.
  • Maintain a well-functioning office, including answering calls, taking messages, and managing office supplies.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department.
  • Processing I-fulfilment orders, from tours, walk ins, telephone & email orders.
  • Arrange maintenance and service for various systems within the company.
  • Manage courier services.
  • Take charge of stock management and ensure sufficient supply.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office-based role, preferably as an Office Manager.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in MS Office.
  • English and Maths GCSE at 'C' or above.
  • Knowledge of financial principles, invoicing, and purchase orders.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lift 25kgs.
  • First Aid certification and forklift ticket are advantageous.
  • Experience in health and safety and fire risk management is desirable.
  • Valid driving licence and own transport due to the rural location.
