A Local Authority in Hampshire is looking for an experienced Housing Options Officer to join their team on a hybrid basis to cover maternity leave. You'll work 2-3 days on duty each week, with the rest of your time focused on managing cases. This is a great opportunity to work in a small, friendly team committed to preventing and relieving homelessness.
To be considered, you must have:
- At least 3 years of experience in Homelessness within Local Authorities.
- Extensive knowledge of Part 7 of the Housing Act 1996 and the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017.
- A proven track record in writing S184 decisions and creating tailored Personal Housing Plans (PHPs).
Experience with Locata is desirable but not essential.
You will receive a very competitive rate, based on experience.
Interviews will begin in the new year, with a start date in January.
