We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading housing association in Hampshire, for a dedicated and customer-focused Lettings Assistant. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the process from tenancy termination to property advertisement, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Updating housing management systems to ensure compliance with regulations, accurate reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Work closely with local authorities and internal teams to minimize void periods and ensure efficient lettings.
- Provide essential support to colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and help deliver a top-tier lettings service.

Office Attendance:
Initially, you'll attend the Andover office 2-3 days per week for training, transitioning to one day per week on average.
