The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sub Agent to join our team on a permanent basis, working on a major infrastructure improvement scheme in Hampshire. This project will enhance traffic flow, reduce congestion, and improve journey times. Work is set to commence in March 2025, with completion scheduled for Autumn 2027.
Key Responsibilities
·Assist in managing site operations to ensure timely and safe project delivery.
·Produce Work Package Plans, Task Briefing Sheets, and other project documentation.
·Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and maintain high safety, quality, and environmental standards.
·Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
·Monitor project progress, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
·Technical and management expertise in construction and infrastructure projects.
·Strong organisational and leadership skills.
·Knowledge of CDM regulations, safety, and environmental standards.
·Experience in highway, rail, or major civil engineering projects (preferred but not essential).
