Full Time, Permanent

We are working with a well-established and respected specialist Sub-contractor, who are looking for a Timber Frame Designer to work on bespoke projects for a quality fast-track building system.
This work is poles apart from the cubicle farm approach adopted by many of their competitors, where you will be involved at all stages of the project, from the very early sales/estimating phase, through to design.

As a Timber Frame Designer, you will:

  • Engage with potential clients and secure new projects.
  • Provide accurate estimates and quotes.
  • Transform customer concept drawings into approved and construction documents.
  • Collaborate with clients, design teams, and third-party engineers.
  • Issue manufacturing and installation drawings.

What we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in a Timber Frame software.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for client and team interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and as part of a team.

If you are looking for a company where you get to be involved in the entire project, and where you are looking to develop your skills while progressing your career then this could be the role for you.
