About the Role
As a Secondary Supply Teacher, you will:
- Deliver engaging lessons across a variety of subjects (or your specialist area) to students aged 11-16.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students can thrive.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring students remain focused and on task.
- Follow pre-prepared lesson plans or adapt them as required to meet the needs of the class.
- Work collaboratively with school staff and contribute to the smooth running of the school day.

What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in secondary schools (all subject specialisms are welcome).
- Strong classroom management skills.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive approach to teaching.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
