Part-Time Legal Secretary
Location: Winchester
Salary Up to 27,500pa (pro rata)
Hours: 3 days per week, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible on days)
Hybrid: 1.5 days from home
Are you an experienced legal secretary looking for a rewarding part-time role with a prestigious, award-winning company? Our client, a highly respected firm in Winchester, is seeking a proactive and organised Legal Secretary to provide professional and efficient support to their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing bills, CHAPS/BACS payment requests, and cheque requests
- Typing letters, memos, emails, and attendance notes
- Opening and closing client files
- Onboarding new clients and conducting relevant compliance checks
- Liaising with clients and fee earners via phone and email
- Handling internal and external telephone enquiries
- Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
- Preparing various documents, including using PDF Pro
- General administrative duties (printing, photocopying, archiving files, etc.)
- Researching and downloading company information from Companies House
- Creating document Bibles and assisting with Data Room uploads/downloads
- Preparing Docusign envelopes
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar legal secretarial role
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Strong keyboard and audio-typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word (formatting documents), Excel, and PowerPoint
