Job title: Site Manager

Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining a safe, clean, and organised
- Ensuring HSE compliance and upholding industry best practices.
- Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and ongoing training.
- Managing materials, subcontractors, and procurement processes.
- Overseeing risk assessments, method statements, and lift plans (if qualified).
- Producing and maintaining programme schedules and progress reports.
- Managing contractual paperwork, including variations and commercial forecasts.
- Engaging with stakeholders, landowners, and utility companies.
- Driving team performance, fostering motivation, and leading by example.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction sector.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and site compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Marine experience is desirable.
- Security clearance will be required.
