Exciting Opportunity for a Marketing Co-Ordinator to join a Travel Tour Operating team in Hampshire.. As the Marketing Co-ordinator this role involves working closely with the product teams to create engaging marketing activity for all brands. As part of the marketing department, you will assume a range of responsibilities including the co-ordination of e-newsletters, brochure production, PR, and advertising. Additional responsibilities will involve managing brand campaigns, assisting with social media activity, supporting events, brochure fulfillment, and database management.
The Job:
- Write engaging copy for all marketing collateral, following brand guidelines.
- Plan the email marketing calendar and create content for e-newsletter campaigns.
- Co-ordinate the production of brochures, seasonal newsletters, and direct mail.
- Source imagery for all marketing campaigns.
- Co-ordinate PR requests and image requirements.
- Manage brand campaigns with 3rd party suppliers.
- Co-ordinate digital and print adverts.
- Management of the client databases.
- Manage branded items from the creation of artwork through to print and distribution.
- Assist with content for social media activity.
- Provide support for the organisation of events and trade shows/exhibitions.
- Assume a range of responsibilities for the production and coordination of all Marketing activities including day-to-day administration tasks. eg: brochure fulfillment and data management.
- Support a constant flow of effective cross-media marketing campaigns.
Skills Required:
We are looking for a confident, knowledgeable, reliable articulate, and organised team player and self-motivated marketeer.
- Educated to at least A-level standard, ideally a marketing qualification.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a marketing role.
- Proven email marketing experience.
- Experience in co-ordinating brochure production or similar printed material.
- Experience in co-ordinating PR activity.
- Exceptional skills in writing and proofing copy for a variety of formats.
- Experience in working on multiple projects and campaigns to meet deadlines.
- Experience in sourcing and editing imagery.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Strong organisational project management skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in the travel industry would be ideal (wildlife knowledge and diving experience would be advantageous)
The Package:
- Salary £32,000 - £33,000
