Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base

Job Requirements:
- Solid experience in town planning, with a deep understanding of the sector
- Proven track record in generating and managing new business
- Experience in a director-level role or as an associate director looking to step up
- Strong leadership and management skills
