Key Responsibilities:
- Generating new business opportunities and expanding the client base
- Developing and executing strategic plans for town planning projects
- Overseeing and guiding the planning team to ensure excellent project delivery
- Maintaining high standards of work across all town planning activities
- Collaborating with the existing directors to steer the growth and direction of the company
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners
Job Requirements:
- Solid experience in town planning, with a deep understanding of the sector
- Proven track record in generating and managing new business
- Experience in a director-level role or as an associate director looking to step up
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
